Outdoors and Adventure

I was raised to have a passion for traveling through outdoor spaces. From hiking to paddling trips, my family was always taking adventures in the woods. This love of the outdoors, and the ways we move through our environments has always been a part of me. From rock climbing to paragliding to mountain biking to scuba diving, I love finding new ways to explore my surroundings.

In 2017, I altered the trajectory of my career and began working in the outdoor industry. I work with numerous clients in various capacities. From Trail Content Editor to Writer to Managing Editor, I love to connect readers with adventures and help others tell their stories.

Editing

I love to edit! This is my bread and butter and where I find my joy. As Managing Editor of two quarterly magazines, I love to help people tell their stories.

Writing

I love to find the story. Whether it's a fatured story about my own experiences, a research article, a "best-of" write-up, or a profile feature.

Interviews

I have interviewed numerous individuals for both feature profiles and outside perspectives on their expert topic. I strive to make every interviewee comfortable and at ease during the conversation.
