I am a geologist-turned-editor who's built my career on turning rough ideas into polished, impactful narratives. Before I was an editor, I worked as a geologist, with a master's in glacial geology and paleoclimatology and fieldwork in Antarctica and Greenland. That means I check things rather than trust them, and a story about avalanche science or climate doesn't have to be handed to someone else. My journey from studying the earth’s layers to working with words has given me a unique perspective combining precision, research skills, and a deep love for storytelling.

Editing is my specialty. Travel guides, adventure features, gear reviews, profiles. I bring a close eye to all of it, and I care about the final piece being clear enough that a reader gets to the end. My work spans the outdoor and adventure industries, from vanlife to mountain biking, paragliding, and scuba diving.
